Custom Performance Engineering™ is proud to announce the release
of its class of intakes dubbed MAFci™ Systems. The combination
of a high flow intake and custom tuning allows horsepower gains that
were never before possible with just an intake. Each kit will come
pre-programmed with a base fuel map. There will be a non-tunable
and a tunable kit. The tunable MAFci™ System will
come with a preset base map and give the user the ability to tune the
car further and/or tune for additional upgrades. If the non-tunable
version is purchased, an upgrade will allow for tuning.
Each kit will include the high flow intake and all of its associated
plumbing and hardware. Pictured is the following intake kit for
the Subaru STi. Every kit comes with an aFe high flow air filter,
which is reusable. Custom Performance Engineering™ went to
great lengths to find the best filter available and aFe out performed
the competition.
Each kit will come with a MAF Customizer™. The MAF
Customizer™ has
the ability to tune air/fuel ratios. Again the customer can opt for
a fully programmable MAF
Customizer™ and do his own tuning or just
simply use the fuel map provided.
