credit card until your order is ready to ship. Once your order is
processed, you will receive an email including a copy of your invoice and
the tracking
number for your package. Please make sure that sales@cp-e.com
is not blocked by your email provider.

Orders
Shipping prices listed on this
website are for shipments within the continental United States. All
other orders are priced and shipped via USPS. If you would
like a quote for shipping please contact us. Your country may impose
duty fees, or other taxes based on the product origin and/or value of your
order. These fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
not cp-e™. For more information on these fees and taxes please contact
your local Import/ Customs authority.
Sales
Tax
Customers that reside in or
have items shipped in the state of Maryland are subject to the state sales
tax of 6%.
Returns
All returns are subject to an
18% restocking fee.
Before any product is returned, please contact cp-e™ by email or phone.

Warranty
cp-e™ prides itself on the
production of quality parts. All of our parts come with a lifetime
warranty against defects in workmanship or materials for the original
purchaser. You must provide us with a copy of your invoice as proof of
purchase. In the even that a defect occurs cp-e™ will repair the item.
If the item cannot be repaired cp-e™ will then replace the item.
